November 21, 2008	Loan Agreements returned to Bond Bank

November 24, 2008	Preliminary Official Statements mailed

December 09-10, 2008	Sale (Dec 9th) Bond Bank Board Meeting (Dec 10th)

December 11, 2008	Bond Counsels mail bonds to governmental units

December 15, 2008	Participants return Bonds to Bond Counsel

December 15, 2008	Bond Counsels send Bonds to Edwards, Angell, Palmer & Dodge

December 17-18, 2008	Pre-closing and Closing - Bond proceeds wired to participants on December 18, 2008.

December 18, 2008	Date of NHMBB Bonds and interest start date

July 15, 2009	First interest payment due

January 15, 2010	First principal and second interest payment due
